Our banking relationship is with RBC Centura. Our customers currently have two options for making payments:
Option 1:
Association members may submit a check/money order to the payment processing center. The address is: HOA Management, P.O. Box 105007, Atlanta, GA 30348-5007
eCheck: Association members may go online and initiate a draft from their checking account through our eCheck payment option. A member can take advantage of the one-time service or set up a recurring draft (eCheck).
Credit Card: Association members may use their favorite credit card to make payments online. Just as with eCheck, they will be able to take advantage of a one-time option or opt to set up a recurring charge to coincide with the due date of their assessments. Please be advised that there is a $5.00 convenience fee at the time of payment.
*****Effective December 31, 2007 the credit card handling fee will be increased to $9.95 per transaction. This is largely due to increases in handling fees passed along by the credit card companies to the Association's banking branch.
